We are located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Our technicians have been working with amusement devices (pinball machines, video games, etc.) for more than 20 years. They have the knowledge and experience to insure quality and service on these machines. Whether you want/have games in your home or business, we are here to help.

Our service rates are $76 per hour if we travel to your establishment/home. Our shop rate (if you bring the game to us) is $56.
All of our used games that we have for sale have been either shopped (pinball - new rubbers, lights, playfield torn down and cleaned) or gone through (video) to insure dependability. All of our games are working 100% when they leave our facility. We offer a 30-day warranty after purchase. Delivery is available for an additional fee.
Our games can be viewed in our showroom by appointment.
Our hours are:
Monday-Friday: 9 am to 6 pm
Saturday: noon to 3 pm
Sunday: CLOSED
***WE ARE NOT ALWAYS IN THE SHOP DUE TO SERVICE CALLS AND DELIVERIES - SO PLEASE CALL FIRST!!!***
Again, we can offer you:

5. Shop out your own pinball machine
6. Playfield and cabinet restoration
7. Installation of kits and upgrades
We do not sell parts for these games unless it's through a service call. If you need parts for pinball machines, please call The Pinball Resource at 845-473-7114.
